General comments
Antibiotica niet primair geindiceerd, alleen bij secundaire infectie.
Bij vermoeden van geïnfecteerde necrose dient een diagnostische punctie te worden verricht. In afwachting van de uitslag van het microbiologisch onderzoek kan er gestart worden met meropenem iv. Antibiotica stroomlijnen op geleide van kweekuitslagen.
